Billing Policies

Creative Studio Solutions reserves the right to change, add, subtract or in way alter all terms and conditions stated without the prior consent of the Customers ("Users").

By logging into users domain name account or purchasing any of website packages from Creative Studio  Solutions that users are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated in Creative Studio Solutions website.


All charges are shown in MYR. Payments are to be made in Malaysian Ringgit and must be drawn from a Malaysia local bank. Creative Studio Solutions accepts the following types of payment:

  • Check or Money Order
  • Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • PayPal

All payments are due on yearly anniversary of the date the account/domain name account was activated.

Customers should make payment of their renewal due before the domain name expiry date. Domain name accounts that are past due will be automatically suspended.

Limitation of liability

Creative Studio Solutions does not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Users acknowledge that there are risks inherent in Internet connectivity that could result in the loss of your privacy, Confidential Information and property. Creative Studio Solutions will not be liable to Users for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use or data) incurred or suffered by Users as a result of or related to the performance of Creative Studio Solutions work, even if Users have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages.
In any circumstances, Creative Studio Solutions total liability under these conditions with respect to the work, regardless of cause or theory of recovery, will not exceed the total amount of fees actual paid by Users to Creative Studio Solutions over past 12 months.

Fees & Deposits

  • Returned Checks
    Creative Studio Solutions charges a RM100 fee for returned checks. Customers that issue an returned check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order.
  • Credit Card Chargebacks
    A RM100 chargeback fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by Creative Studio Solutions.
  • Bank Wire Payments
    Creative Studio Solutions does NOT charge fees for accepting payment via bank wire, however, international wire transfers may be assessed a RM80 processing fee by an intermediary bank in Malaysia. In addition, your issuing bank may also charge a fee for sending the wire. Please add these fees to the amount that you are sending to Creative Studio Solutions or the amount credited to your account will be less than your intended payment.
  • Reactivation
    Customers that wish to reactivate a closed account will be assessed a RM50 reactivation fee. A RM300 fee will be assessed if Creative Studio Solutions restores your data files to your reactivated account.
  • Hosting Plan Changes
    Customers electing to change to a lower priced hosting plan on the same platform will be charged a RM50 downgrade fee. There is no upgrade fee for upgrading to a higher priced plan, however, you will be charged any difference between the setup fee applicable to your new and former plans.
  • Platform Change
    Customers that elect to change plans to a different operating system platform will be charged a RM50 platform change fee.
  • Account Splits and Mergers
    Creative Studio Solutions encourages customers to merge hosting plans contained in two or more accounts into one account. There is no fee for this service. Customers may also request that Creative Studio Solutions separate one or more plans contained under one account into separate accounts. The fee for this service is Rm50 for each new account created and is charged to the new account. Please direct all requests for these services to:
  • Extra Backup charge
    In the event of loss of or damage to Users data relating to a failure in Creative Studio Solutions systems or servers, Creative Studio Solutions will make reasonable commercial efforts to assist you in the restoration of your data, however Users accept full responsibility for maintaining adequate backup copies of all Users data. Extra yearly Backup charge of RM 500 is only applicable if users request Creative Studio Solutions to perform  technical support for backup services.
  • Professional Consultant Fee
    Creative Studio Solutions will provide general consultation to users for any general technical issue. In the event of users need professional consultant/technical advice, Creative Studio Solutions will reserve the rights to charge additional fees to users.


A 50% deposit of the total fee payable under Creative Studio Solutions proposal is due immediately upon users instructing Creative Studio Solutions to proceed with the website design and development work. The remaining 50% shall become due when the work is completed to users reasonable satisfaction but subject to the terms of the “approval of work” and “rejected work” clauses.  Creative Studio Solutions reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full.

The 50% deposit is only refundable if Creative Studio Solutions have not fulfilled obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. The deposit is not refundable if the development work has been started and you terminate the contract through no fault of ours.

Approval of work

On completion of the work users will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. Users must notify Creative Studio Solutions in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to Creative Studio Solutions as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will be deemed to have been approved. Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the contract will be deemed to have been completed and the 50% balance of the project price will become due within 7 days.

Rejected work

If users reject any of Creative Studio Solutions work within the 7-day review period, or not approve subsequent work performed by Creative Studio Solutions to remedy any points recorded as being unsatisfactory, and Creative Studio Solutions, acting reasonably, consider that users have been unreasonable in any rejection of the work, Creative Studio Solutions can elect to treat this contract as at an end and take measures to recover payment for the completed work.

Search Engines

Creative Studio Solutions do not guarantee any specific position in search engine results for users website. Users perform basic search engine optimization according to current best practice.

Consequential Loss

Creative Studio Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damage which users may suffer which is in any way attributable to:-

-any delay in performance or completion of the service, however that delay arises.

-suspension of some of services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance or repair to Creative Studio Solutions Services.

Refund Policy

No Refunds are available in all plans once the payment made and website activated.

Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks

Creative Studio Solutions has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Creative Studio Solutions discretion. A charge of RM100 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.

Billing/Price Changes

Creative Studio Solutions policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are only guaranteed for the initial period of prepayment.
