8月11日消息，谷歌周一宣布重组架构，成立母公司Alphabet，受此消息影响，截止北京时间9:28分，谷歌早盘开盘上涨5.7%。
谷歌周一表示，公司将创建一家名为Alphabet的全新公司，改变公司架构，使其搜索、YouTube及其他网络公司从其研发投资分部独立出来，从而使华尔街能够更加清晰了解公司运营状况。
